Deliveries, Refunds & Returns Policies


Anyone is able to book a “click n collect” slot to collect their order from the brewery. Collections must take pace at the day and time specified by you during the checkout process.

Deliveries to postcode area BS22, BS23 and BS24 take place each Friday and are known as “Local Deliveries”. “Local Deliveries” cost £3 unless you order over £30 of products in which case an option to get delivery free of charge will be presented to you at the checkout.Deliveries to customers in any other postcodes within England, Scotland and Wales will be dispatched by our chosen courier on a Thursday for delivery on the Friday between 9am and 5.30pm.

We reserve the right to apply a surcharge for deliveries in to postcodes classed as “Scottish Highlands”

We cannot be held responsible for the delivery of your goods once it has left our premises. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are present at your specified delivery address on the day of delivery.

Refunds & Returns

Thanks for your interest in, or purchase of, our products at operated by Epic Beers Limited.

Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, bag in box beers are not eligible for a refund unless reported to us within 24 hours of receipt that the beer is of an undrinkable quality. Bag in box products are not able to be returned.

If our products arrived damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement or offer you a discount code equal to or greater than the value of the product that isn’t right..
