Lockdowns seem to be the in thing for 2020, the second phase being called “Circuit Breakers” or “Fire Break” – this beer was the first one we produced coming out of the second lockdown, so taking the name, we used flavoursome Amarillo and Phoenix hops, just like the fabled bird emerging from the flames.
